A new one, Aix 6.1 Tl5 giving me CuDv errors on cfgmgr. Solution has to do with encrypted java. In our case http4websm was running.
#stopsrc -s http4websm
#cfgmgr   <-- Ran clean
#startsrc -s http4websm
